16+10=26
It feels like just yesterday I was 16; 26 doesn’t seem to fit.
I remember conversations we had when I was 19- every detail and facial expression- as if they had happened yesterday; I remember the first surprising stirrings of this unrequited… thing… as if it had happened last week. But I was 16. Has it really been (almost) 10 years since we met?
